Amauta: Manu Rainforest: Learn Spanish

In addition to some excellent Spanish language classes in Cusco, Peru, Amauta offers a unique Spanish adventure program in the Manu Rainforest Reserve. Here you can both learn Spanish while at the same time getting to discover a unique world that is the Peruvian Amazon Basin.

Manu Biosphere Reserve

The Peruvian government created the Manu Reserve to protect the rainforest and its varied inhabitants. The rainforest is full of a variety of animals including jaguars, giant otters, caimans, multiple species of monkeys, plus much, much more!

Just getting to the Manu Rainforest Preserve is an incredible experience! You will take a small dirt road from Cusco, pass by numerous Inca sites, descend through beautiful cloud forest areas until you arrive in the Peruvian Amazon Basin.

Spanish Course

The Spanish language courses are open for individuals at the intermediate level of Spanish. Courses will be combined with excursions through the reserve with guides and of course Spanish teachers from the Spanish language schools.

Accommodation

You will be staying at the rustic Pantiacolla Lodge which is in the Manu Reserve located along the banks of the Madre de Dios river. Surrounded the lodge is a large area full of trails which offers the visitor the chance to get into the Preserve and see nature first-hand.
